STAR E-LIBRARY – CONSTRUCTION SKILLS KNOWLEDGE E-RESOURCES
STAR e-library or referred to Skills training & digital repository is the centralised construction skills knowledge resources digital library aimed to connect ABM & CIDB Technologies (CIDBT) trainers and trainees. This portal store learning materials (e-books, learning slides & practical videos) on list of construction skills training courses offered by ABM and CIDBT that are made available online. STAR e-library can be used by the trainers as teaching aid during classroom learning session and for trainees as their self-pace study while at home. Access to the portal is open to registered trainees and trainers of ABM and CIDB Technologies only.
